• If the device cannot connect to the network, you can reset the device, turn it off and restart it, and then add the device again.
• The first time you start your device, please wait 2-3 minutes after you turn on your device, then use the app to scan the code to add it. 5. if the device does not connect, please wait 2-3 minutes after you turn on your device.
• If the device cannot be connected, please try to reset the camera or get technical support through iCam365 APP.
